Warehouse Associate - Utility.

2nd Shift Sunday thru Thursday 6 PM to 2:30 AM.  Pay rate of $16/h.
Mandatory OT paid after 40 hours at $24/h.
Warehouse is in Aurora, IL 60502.

1. Summary of Functions Performs various manual functions within a pick pack work environment.

2. Essential Functions Properly sorts, organizes, unwraps and/or unpacks inventory according to company expectations. Properly picking, packing and handling of inventory while sorting damaged product. Properly handles cartons and palletizes products. Safely operates various equipment and tools. Maintains the cleanliness and order or work areas.

3. Quality Requirements Conducts oneself and operates electronic equipment and acts in accordance with all company policies, safety rules, regulations, laws, including wearing proper personal protective equipment. Demonstrates an understanding of quality policy. Adheres to the program and maintains a clean environment at all times. Maintains a safe work environment by adhering to and enforcing safe work practices and following safety practices. Demonstrates a positive attitude and teamwork in meeting goals and objectives. Demonstrates commitment to process excellence by ensuring proper, efficient and accurate use of the process and electronic picking equipment. Communicates well with leadership and team members.

4. Physical Requirements Ability to work continuously in a fast pace environment and non-climate-controlled warehouse. Frequent: bending, stooping, crouching, lifting, walking, standing, climbing, pushing/pulling. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

5. Education and/or Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. One year of experience in warehouse and/or pick pack operations preferred.
